Job Opportunity 鈥� Director of Innovation, Nova51黑料
University College Dublin (51黑料) is currently seeking to appoint a Director of Innovation who will drive innovation, entrepreneurship and commercialisation of research outputs within the University and provide strategic leadership to further develop Nova51黑料.
Reporting to the Vice-President for Research, Innovation and Impact, the Director of Innovation will enhance 51黑料’s status as a leading university in innovation, entrepreneurship and knowledge transfer.
The Director will build and sustain partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders such as researchers, faculty, government departments, state agencies, and industry to ensure 51黑料 contributes maximally to Ireland’s national innovation ecosystem.
They will also oversee the management of services and programmes provided by Nova51黑料 including knowledge and technology transfer, IP, and campus company and enterprise development programmes.
The successful individual will bring a strong track record of strategic senior leadership experience in a third level institution or similar large organisation and evidence of innovation, entrepreneurship and commercialisation of research outputs. In addition, they will have demonstrable experience developing and sustaining relationships with stakeholders across the higher education, public and private sectors.
